Privacy Policy

LimbQuote Software ("we") operates LimbQuote. This policy explains what we collect and why. It is written to match how the product actually works.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, and password (stored hashed).
• Company data: business name, address, phone, license, logo, and price book.
• Customer records you enter: names, emails, phones, and job addresses.
• Quote activity: quote contents and events, including a hashed IP address and user agent recorded when a customer accepts a quote.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We store subscription status and identifiers, not card numbers.
• Product analytics via PostHog (EU), loaded only per your cookie choice.

Processors

We share data with these processors only to run the service: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Upstash (rate limiting), Sentry (error tracking), and PostHog EU (analytics). Some processors are located outside the EU/EEA; transfers rely on their standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Account and company data are kept until you delete your account, then purged after a 30-day grace period. Email delivery logs are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You can access, export, and delete your data from Settings, or by contacting us. Contractors control their own customers' records and can delete them at any time.
