Can I import or change my own price list?
You edit your price book in the app: every removal and trim tier, the per-inch stump rate and its minimum, each add-on, and all four hazard multipliers. There is no spreadsheet import in this version, so you set your rates once in Settings and they apply to every quote after that.
Which website builders does the widget work with?
Anything that lets you paste a line of HTML. There are step-by-step instructions for WordPress, Wix and Squarespace, and a plain snippet for a hand-built site. If your site will not take a script tag at all, there is an iframe version that works the same way.
Do my prices stay private if I use the widget?
That is your choice, and there are three settings. Exact shows the number the engine works out. Range shows a rounded band around it, so the customer knows the scale without you committing. Hidden shows no price at all and just collects their details for you to quote. You can also restrict the widget to your own domain so nobody else can paste your snippet on their site.
Can I turn the widget off?
Yes, with one switch in Settings. It stops appearing on your site immediately. You can also regenerate the key, which kills the old snippet on the spot if you ever need to.
Can I get my leads out?
Whenever you like. Leads and quotes both export to CSV that opens straight in Excel or Google Sheets, and you can push new leads into Zapier, Make or your own system with a webhook. It is your data.
How many people can I add?
Up to five, on every plan. The owner is the only one who can touch billing. Admins run the widget, the rate book and the integrations. Members work the leads, quotes and calendar, which is what a crew lead actually needs.
Do the reviews go to Google?
You decide where your public review page is, and we show that link to every customer who leaves you a review, whatever they rated you. We do not filter out the unhappy ones and send only the happy ones to Google. That is called review gating, the FTC treats it as deceptive, and Google prohibits it.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They open a link, review the quote, and accept by typing their name. No login, no download.
What happens after the free trial?
The trial runs 14 days and does need a card up front, so billing continues without a gap. When it ends you are billed for the plan you picked. There is a 14-day money-back window on your first paid invoice.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your price book, customers, and quotes are yours, and every quote PDF is downloadable at any time. Cancelling ends the billing, not your right to your records.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing portal. Your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
